Roman Shramkov Chief Executive Officer

In two decades of working for the global Fortune 500 companies, Roman has acquired a solid expertise in the transformation and digitalization management. As EPAM Systems' Director of Technology, he managed the company's core technology operations and processes. Now, as a CEO at CHI Software, Roman is responsible for the development and implementation of its strategy.

Michael Glazer Head Of Delivery - Executive Vice President

Michael provides leadership, ownership, and accountability for the CHI Software delivery function, ensuring that engineering and project management operating models are implemented and continuously improved. He drives and monitors the continued service improvements focusing on delivering business benefits to the clients.
