FP&A Business Analyst / SAP Finance and Controlling consultant

About the project
We are looking for an experienced ERP FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Solution Architect to join the BORA Project — an initiative aimed at delivering a new ERP solution that empowers Corporate Services to fulfill fiduciary responsibilities and drive greater business value.
This role involves designing and implementing robust FP&A solutions within SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), ensuring data accuracy, optimizing reporting processes, and providing technical leadership to the implementation teams. You will report directly to the ERP Technical Lead.
Responsibilities:

Design financial reports and dashboards using SAP FP&A modules;

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities;

Document processes including reporting, master data, and program interfaces;

Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across all reports;

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation;

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions;

Conduct thorough testing of FP&A functionalities to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs;

Create and maintain detailed solution documentation (design specs, configurations, user guides);

Support and troubleshoot FP&A-related issues to minimize business disruption;

Monitor the FP&A practice within SAP and provide recommendations for future ERP design;

Participate in project review meetings and report on progress.
Requirements:

Proven experience with SAP FP&A modules and reporting tools (ECC and S/4HANA);

Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize financial processes;

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide training;

Solid understanding of project management principles (planning, execution, monitoring);

Experience in the aviation industry would be a strong plus.
