We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Java Developer, who will be able to lead the project development process.

Requirements:
- Experience on Team or Tech Lead position;
- 4+ years of commercial experience in Java development including Java 8;
- Experience with High-Load application development;
- Understanding the principles of scaling web applications;
- Experience with Spring (IoC, Boot, Data, MVC, AOP, Security), Spring Cloud, JMS;
- Experience with SQL and JPA/Hibernate, NoSQL;
- Experience with RabbitMQ;
- Experience with AWS, understanding the principles of Cloud Native solutions development;
- Experience with Microservices and RESTful API;
- Understanding the best practices of monitoring distributed applications;
- Experience with Docker;
- Good communication skills;
- Decision-making ability.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Product company;
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js.
