Role

The Senior Architect for Data & AI Platforms & Solutions is responsible for supporiting the global practice by supporting the practice activities and progression with a technical lens. This role ensures technical excellence, delivery consistency, and scalable industrialisation across regions, serving as the design authority for major Data & AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain global Data & AI reference architectures and platform patterns across major cloud ecosystems.
Govern solution design for client facing strategic pursuits and delivery programs, ensuring feasibility, security, quality, and margin protection.
Develop and curate reusable technical deliverables, including strategies, architectures, accelerators, code frameworks, and reference implementations.
Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural oversight for key client engagements.
Build and lead a global architecture community, enabling knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption across regions.
Mentor regional architects and technical leads on modern data platforms, AI patterns, MLOps/LLMOps/AIOps, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with partners (e.g., hyperscalers, data platform vendors) on joint blueprints and solution frameworks.
Contribute to technical thought leadership aligned with the Data & AI Practice.

Profile & Experience

10+ years in data engineering, data platform architecture, analytics architecture, or AI engineering within consulting or enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience designing and governing large‑scale cloud data platforms and AI/ML solutions.
Strong understanding of modern data architectures, Agentics, GenAI engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, governance, and security.
Proven ability to act as design authority on complex programs with distributed teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C‑suite audiences.
Experience influencing global standards in a matrixed consulting or technology organisation.
Prior experience in solution industrialisation, accelerator development, or reusable asset creation is highly desirable.
