- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies;
- Experience in hiring Middle/Senior specialists;
- Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
- Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools;
- Ability to plan and prioritize your time;
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to details;
- Focus on the results;
- Flexible thinking;
- English level — Intermediate and higher.

- Active search of candidates, headhunting (Ukraine);
- Ensuring full recruitment cycle: communication with candidates, initial assessment of the CV, matching of selected candidates with clients and conducting interviews, preparation and support of Job Offers;
