Requirements

  • Successful proven experience as IT-recruiter not less than 2 years;
  • Experience in hiring Senior / Lead specialists;
  • Understanding the specifics of Ukrainian IT talents market;
  • Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools;
  • Ability to plan and prioritize your time;
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to details;
  • Focus on the results;
  • Flexible thinking;
  • English level — Intermediate and higher.
 

Will be a plus

  • Social activity on Facebook, LinkedIn.
 

Responsibilities

  • Successful closing of our vacancies;
  • Active search of candidates, headhunting (Ukraine);
  • Ensuring full recruitment cycle: communication with candidates, initial assessment of the CV, matching of selected candidates with clients and conducting interviews, preparation and support of Job Offers;
  • Creating new ways and approaches in attracting the best specialists.
