Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Travel or related functions.
Experience in organizing relocations, business trips, etc.
Excellent communication, analytical, negotiating, and organizational skills.
Upper-Intermediate English level in writing, reading and speaking.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the moving process (relocations, business trips, etc).
Provide informational and case-specific assistance.
Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, and coordinating activities.
Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, and legal forms.
Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
Analyzing and preparing reports on travel spending.
