Account Manager - Closed
The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is... Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need an Account Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of management experience, client support services.
- Experience in managing software development projects will be a bonus;
- Understanding of project management in accordance with the PMBOK;
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Lean, Scrum, XP, Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Good soft skills, flexibility, self-motivation, result-focused, able to work with and stick to tight deadlines;
- Upper Intermediate level of written and spoken English;
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for outstaff projects and clients’ accounts leading in accordance with project objectives;
- Monitoring project schedule and budget within the defined scope, resources, and timeline;
- Providing leadership and motivation of project team members to meet project objectives;
- Proactively identify and efficiently resolve project-related problems;
- Work within the process model defined by the organization;
- Proactively communicate and report project statuses, issues, and risks.
- Regular sync-ups between PMs, Sales managers, and department managers about the status, problems, prospects of accounts, projects, developers, updates.
- Development of accounts, monitoring and control of their status, assessing prospects, collecting feedback, prompt response to requests, feedback from clients, staffing an account, conducting interviews, upselling, issues of transferring equipment from a client to a developer, etc
