Business Analyst

Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Business Analyst for one of our biggest clients in banking domain.

Candidate’s location: Poland

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in BA;
Experience in banking domain is a must;
Hands-on experience with business analysis, testing and project management activities (agile methodology);
Experience in delivering project in risk management techniques like VaR (Value at Risk), – Liquidity risk and Stress Testing models;
Understanding of data used in Risk and Finance with strong knowledge in financial derivative products;
Knowledge of various risk calculation methodologies such as VaR models, stress testing models;
Exposure to capital markets, products like bonds, derivatives, equities etc.;
Experience in valuation (How to value a bond etc.);
Basic understanding of SQL;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Upper-intermediate English;

Will be a plus:

FRM certification

Responsibilities:

Gather, specify, and clearly document business & functional requirements.
Description of the processes for the development team.
Development of the concept of the solution of the developed product.
Formation of the concept into a technical assignment with specific requirements for a future product.
Participation in project evaluation.
Development of prototypes of the user interface.
Prioritization of requirements.
Consultation of developers and QA during product development on requirements-related issues.
Formation of reports on the results of sprints, and meetings with the client.
Conducting demos, presentations, and meetings on the project.
