Business Analyst (London)

Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Business Analyst in London.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a critical project for one of our largest banking clients. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in the financial industry, business analysis, and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
Analyze and optimize business processes using BPMN methodology.
Utilize tools such as Visio, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support data analysis and visualization.
Drive process improvement initiatives and support change management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis within the financial industry.
Proficiency in Visio, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, BPMN.
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process improvement, and SQL.
CBAP certification (preferred).
