Position Overview:

We are seeking an easy-going and dynamic Client-Facing CTO to join our IT outsourcing and outstaffing company. This role is ideal for a sales-oriented technology leader who is passionate about driving both personal and company growth. As the Client-Facing CTO, you will be instrumental in presales, sales, and customer success activities, while also shaping and implementing the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales and Sales:

Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and business challenges.

Develop and present tailored IT solutions to clients, showcasing the company’s capabilities and expertise.

Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and close deals.

Customer Success:

Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Strategy Development and Implementation:

Lead the development of the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s service offerings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in the IT outsourcing or outstaffing industry.

Strong sales acumen with a track record of successfully engaging clients and closing deals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute company-wide initiatives.

Technical expertise across a range of IT domains, enabling you to understand and solve complex client challenges.
