The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Department Resource Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership and coordination of the development department’s activities
- Formulation and implementation of an effective departmental strategy
- Allocation of tasks among department management and monitoring their execution
- Collaboration with other managerial departments within the company
- Participation in the hiring, development, and staffing processes of technical specialists
- Compilation of reports and analysis of departmental performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of department management experience
- Work experience or certification in HR/Recruitment/Sales/Project Management
- Deep understanding of technical processes and software development life cycle
- High level of organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems
- Proficiency in written and verbal business communication
- Interest in the IT field and innovation
