About the Product
We’re building a consumer-facing mobile application for a Cashback & Rewards platform, available on both iOS and Android. The app enables users to discover cashback campaigns and coupons, save offers, upload or scan receipts, and track claim progress through a wallet-style experience.
The product is already live and actively evolving, with growing international reach and increasing feature complexity.
About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Flutter Developer to take ownership of the mobile application architecture, engineering standards, and delivery processes. You will work on a mature Flutter codebase with modular architecture, established CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and multi-environment setup.
This role combines hands-on Flutter development with technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Lead Flutter architecture and mobile engineering initiatives
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality Flutter applications
- Support and evolve a modular codebase using Melos
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
- Drive CI/CD and release management processes
- Collaborate with product, QA, and backend teams
- Support platform-specific iOS and Android delivery requirements
- Mentor and support other mobile developers
- Contribute to technical roadmap and engineering standards
- Help scale the application for new markets and international growth
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
- Proven experience leading or owning mobile architecture
- Experience with modular Flutter applications and scalable codebases
- Hands-on experience with Melos or similar monorepo tooling
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Experience with Firebase integrations
- Knowledge of App Store and Google Play release processes
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade consumer mobile apps
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Experience with localization/internationalization is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with cashback, loyalty, fintech, e-commerce, or rewards platforms
- Experience with receipt scanning, OCR, or wallet-like mobile experiences
- Background in scaling mobile products across multiple regions
