How Education Office Ecosystem works in CHI Software?
Our internship track runs end-to-end: from recruitment through foundational courses and hands-on practice to a hire-ready shortlist — all under the CHI IT Academy umbrella, which has been powering junior talent pipelines across our engineering teams for years.
This is a full-fledged equivalent of a commercial project, where interns build a product from scratch while working in teams following a complete Scrum process. They go through the entire development lifecycle — from requirements to final delivery — ensuring they are quickly ready to work with real clients.
