About the role

We are currently looking for a Head of the Marketing Department to take charge of overall strategy and lead a team through multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT outsourcing marketing
• Advanced English level, both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of the current digital marketing tools
• Strong understanding of key marketing concepts
• Strong experience in digital marketing, content-driven lead generation, and omnichannel campaigns
• Previous experience in analyzing the effectiveness and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in lead generation
• Experience in managing teams of 10+ people
• Addition marketing certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the marketing strategy implementation
• Manage the team including monitoring the progress and performance
• Follow confirmed KPIs to achieve goals
• Maintain the marketing budget on a regular basis
• Handle company presence in the US, EU countries’, and Japanese markets
• Coorepate with the company departments on joint projects
• Incorporate the best practices in marketing 
• Report progress on a weekly and monthly basis
