About the role

We are currently looking for a Head of the Marketing Department to take charge of overall strategy and lead a team through multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

7+ years in IT outsourcing marketing
Advanced English level, both verbal and written
Excellent knowledge of the current digital marketing tools
Strong understanding of key marketing concepts
Strong experience in digital marketing, content-driven lead generation, and omnichannel campaigns
Previous experience in analyzing the effectiveness and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
Proven experience in lead generation
Experience in managing teams of 10+ people
Addition marketing certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the marketing strategy implementation
Manage the team including monitoring the progress and performance
Follow confirmed KPIs to achieve goals
Maintain the marketing budget on a regular basis
Handle company presence in the US, EU countries’, and Japanese markets
Coorepate with the company departments on joint projects
Incorporate the best practices in marketing
Report progress on a weekly and monthly basis
