Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program & Product Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of procurement and data initiatives.

This role is responsible for setting clear priorities, structuring execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with disciplined program execution and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the delivery roadmap, backlog, and sequencing of initiatives
Translate high-level business objectives into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, governance, procurement, finance, and legal teams
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure mitigation plans are in place
Ensure delivered capabilities are production-ready, scalable, and usable
Maintain alignment between strategic goals and operational execution
Report progress and risks to senior leadership

Requirements

7+ years of experience in program management, product leadership, or delivery management
Proven track record of delivering complex systems in regulated environments
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
Demonstrated ability to operate with execution discipline and structured planning
Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing decision-making
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

Experience in procurement or enterprise data systems
Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance, enterprise SaaS)
Background in data governance or compliance-related initiatives
