We are looking for a Head of Mobile Engineering to join one of Asia’s largest banks.

Responsibilities

Define, drive the bank’s mobile, digital strategy aligned with business, customer goals
Own mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, security, reliability
Set, enforce development standards, frameworks, best practices
Lead adoption of modern technologies, including AI, automation in development
Ensure high performance, availability, secure handling of customer data
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, Security teams
Monitor key metrics (performance, releases, quality), continuously improve
Manage, mentor, grow a high-performing engineering team
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards
