Junior Sales Manager - Hot

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or lead gen roles.
  • Proven experience in using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries.
  • Create personalized messages and outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our services.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and prospect organizations to tailor outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach strategies aligned with sales goals and objectives.
  • Track outreach activities, lead interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM software.
  • Continuously optimize outreach tactics and messaging based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, lead conversions, and sales pipeline status to management.
