Lead Backend .NET Developer, German Required

The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Lead Backend .NET Developer/Database Expert, with German.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Backend Developer / Database Expert with a strong background in .NET and fluent German (C1 level) to join our team. The role involves developing a centralized digital data platform that consolidates decentralized water legislation records managed by various authorities in Bavaria, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement relational databases (PostgreSQL, including PostGIS).
Develop and maintain UML models for database architecture.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and ensure high-performance data processing.
Handle data migration and integration from decentralized sources.
Implement data security measures, including access controls, role management, and rights concepts.
Work with Docker/Kubernetes to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.
Collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders and ensure compliance with local regulations.
