Requirements:
- 5+ years of design experience, with a focus on web and mobile applications;
- Demonstrated experience in client communication, requirements gathering, and task formulation, complemented by a strong design background;
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of Intermediate+;
- Documented experience in mentoring and leading projects;
- Successful leadership of a team, including conducting regular design reviews;
- Participation in presales, project assessments, and successful work on outsourcing projects;
- Experience in developing and strategically managing the design department.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring the design team in day-to-day work.
- Conducting regular design solution reviews and providing feedback for professional development.
- Involvement in presales and project assessments from a design perspective.
- Organizing and managing outsourcing projects, ensuring high design standards and client satisfaction.
- Developing the strategy and direction of the design department.
- Seeking and implementing new methodologies and tools to enhance the department’s efficiency.
- Interacting with technical teams and business units to ensure a high standard of design in products.
