Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM;
  • Experience customizing and configuring modules like Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights;
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service), plugins, workflows, business rules;
  • Good knowledge of .NET and C# for extending platform capabilities;
  • Practical experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI);
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and integrations;
  • Cloud experience with Azure or AWS is required;
  • Experience working with SQL-based databases;
  • English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Will be a Plus:

  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, or similar integration tools;
  • Experience with frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript;
  • Hands-on experience with data migration (KingswaySoft, Scribe, SSIS);
  • Background in working on CRM migration projects;
  • Experience as a Functional Consultant or working closely with business users;
  • Microsoft certifications (D365, Power Platform, Azure);
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum setups.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions according to client requirements;
  • Customize entities, forms, views, and workflows to support business processes;
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using APIs;
  • Participate in the migration process from legacy platforms to D365 CE;
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and development teams;
  • Contribute to improvements in performance, scalability, and security of the CRM solution;
  • Maintain and support existing D365 CE solutions, including troubleshooting and bug fixing;
  • Contribute to ongoing development standards and code reviews.
