Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant.

7+ years of experience with full life cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O;
At least 2 End-to-End Dynamics F&O implementation experiences;
Strong working knowledge across Dynamics D365 F&O Finance-related modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, General Ledger, Budgeting, Fixed Assets);
Knowledge of Finance Reporting Tools (Financial Reporting) and Electronic Reporting;
Ability to understand business processes and practices;
Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs);
Experience collaborating with technical teams for customization and conducting user training;
Proficiency with MS tools (Visio, Excel, Word, etc.);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Will be a Plus:

Experience in Supply Chain modules;
Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Certification;
Solution-oriented mindset with innovative thinking;
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service excellence.

Responsibilities:

Assist business users in defining business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs);
Collaborate with the D365 F&O Technical team for customization and testing;
Conduct user training and provide reference materials for end-users;
Provide customer support during UAT, Go Live, and Hyper Care phases;
Participate in customization testing, roll-out, and post-live support;
Test enhancements for customer acceptance and ensure accuracy;
Provide general usability guidance to ensure system reliability and performance.
