Middle Golang Engineer (EU)

The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Middle Golang Engineer (EU).

Requirements:

5+ years of backend development experience;
Strong expertise in Golang, with hands-on experience building production systems;
Experience working with microservices architecture and security best practices;
Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO);
Strong participation in technical sessions, with the ability to estimate and contribute to technical discussions;
Critical thinking and strong communication skills — ability to question, analyze, and improve designs;
Hands-on coding 90%+ of the time.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Golang microservices;
Migrate legacy PHP components to Golang-based microservices if needed;
Migrate Elixir components to Golang-based microservices if needed;
Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing PHP components;
Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various applications;
Estimate development effort for sprint tasks and ensure timely delivery;
Collaborate with the team to achieve sprint goals and contribute to overall success;
Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, etc.).
