We seek a dynamic Internal and External Communications & HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring precise and consistent communications, and supporting HR initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with С-level and other key stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with department managers to identify risks and opportunities for talent development.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings to support employee growth and address concerns.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR (2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
