About project
Imagine a cutting-edge web application akin to a CRM system, carefully tailored for various international markets, including the US, UK, Italy, Germany, Canada, and Belgium.

This isn’t your average software project; it’s a dynamic monolith that seamlessly communicates with other services. At its core, this application is designed to streamline and automate the complex process of collecting reimbursement documents for businesses of all sizes—small, medium, and large.

Each country presents its own set of challenges and nuances in terms of business flows. To address these specific needs, we’ve established dedicated teams for testing, development, and production in each region.

Our stack consists of Ruby and JavaScript (React), and our team comprises 2 testers, 5 developers, 0.5 Project Manager, and 1.5 Business Analysts.

We’ve recently transitioned from Pivotal Tracker to Microsoft Azure Boards, a move that enhances our project management capabilities and efficiency.

As we forge ahead, we’re actively crafting the technical documentation that will be our project’s guiding light.

Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails (3+ years of experience)
• Experience working with React (1+ years of experience)
• Solid knowledge of relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Strong background with delayed asynchronous job execution (RabbitMQ)
• Experience working with and developing REST API
• Knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good architectural sense and a passion for high-quality code
• Familiarity with version control systems (GIT)
• Good communications skills
