Middle+ UI/UX Designer - Closed
The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! Now the CHI team is looking for a Middle+ UI/UX Designer!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and mobile applications;
- Solid portfolio demonstrating experience with responsive interfaces, usability principles, and modern UI/UX practices;
- Hands-on experience with Figma and other industry-standard design tools;
- Experience in communication with clients and/or cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions;
- Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
- Basic understanding of design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design approach;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative design team;
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
Will be a plus:
- Participation in design reviews or design critique sessions;
- Experience working in outsourcing or product companies;
- Familiarity with basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS) for better communication with developers;
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications;
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver design solutions;
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final UI mockups;
- Conduct UX research (user flows, usability testing, competitor analysis) when necessary;
- Support the development team during implementation and ensure visual and functional consistency;
