- 2+ years experience in IT recruitment;
- Understanding of software development industry;
- Knowledge of different methodologies and tools;
- Ability to lead full cycle recruiting process;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Good written and spoken level of English (intermediate and higher);
- Personal effectiveness and motivation;
- Time management skills;
- Location in Dnipro with an opportunity to work remotely.
What you will be doing
- Closing different and challenging vacancies at the scheduled time;
- Optimization of the recruiting process, daily reporting;
- Work with the team on complex cases and vacancies;
- Monitoring the IT market of Dnipro and Ukraine.
