• 2+ years experience in IT recruitment;
  • Understanding of software development industry;
  • Knowledge of different methodologies and tools;
  • Ability to lead full cycle recruiting process;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Good written and spoken level of English (intermediate and higher);
  • Personal effectiveness and motivation;
  • Time management skills;
  • Location in Dnipro with an opportunity to work remotely.

What you will be doing

  • Closing different and challenging vacancies at the scheduled time;
  • Optimization of the recruiting process, daily reporting;
  • Work with the team on complex cases and vacancies;
  • Monitoring the IT market of Dnipro and Ukraine.
