The Role:
As our Senior IT Sales Manager, you’ll be in charge of growing our US client base. You’ll build strong relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored IT solutions that align with their goals. From targeting new clients to closing high-value contracts, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our presence in the US market.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new clients in the US, focusing on high-value deals.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations and close profitable contracts.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves.
- Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of IT sales experience, with a record of closing enterprise deals.
- Deep knowledge of IT outsourcing, software development, and digital transformation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or certifications are a plus).
