Junior Sales Manager - Hot

The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Junior Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or lead gen roles.
Proven experience in using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and understanding of sales processes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries.
Create personalized messages and outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our services.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and prospect organizations to tailor outreach strategies and messaging.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach strategies aligned with sales goals and objectives.
Track outreach activities, lead interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM software.
Continuously optimize outreach tactics and messaging based on performance metrics and feedback.
Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, lead conversions, and sales pipeline status to management.
