Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is... Wait, it’s nothing! Now the CHI team is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer!

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
5+ years of experience in creating and deploying machine leaming models as endpoints.
Proficiency in AWS services, especially SageMaker.
Experience working with Spark (preferably using PySpark) Strong knowledge of MLOps best practices and workflows.
Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker.
Profound communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of solution architecture and the ability to design scalable systems.
Nice to have: experience in developing, deploying and maintaining LLMs (custom/enterprise) for text and images.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams to integrate ML solutions into existing infrastructure.
Lead the design of scalable, secure ML architectures aligned with business needs, working closely with product managers.
Build data pipelines and implement machine learning models to solve complex business challenges, utilizing AWS services like SageMaker for scalability.
Utilize PySpark for data preprocessing and model training preparation.
