Senior System Analyst

The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is... Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need а Senior System Analyst.

Requirements:

Higher education in the field of information technology;
At least 5+ years of experience as a software analyst;
Experience with IT development projects with more than 1,500 hours of development volume;
Experience with BPMN and UML notations;
Previous experience with WSDL and/or REST API;
Ability to explore and drive new ideas and technologies, think and learn independently;
Conversational English level, enabling effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify system needs;
Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and troubleshooting guides;
Coordinates the process of development, testing, and transfer of developed systems or services to commercial operation;
Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and performance;
Generate reports to track project progress and system performance.
