The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Talent Sourcer.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Talent Sourcer or having a certificate of completion of HR/Recruitment/Sales/PM courses;
- General understanding of the IT industry;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.);
- Ability to create high-quality texts (messages, follow-up, etc.) and conduct written communication
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate+ level of English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage passive candidates and build relationships through proactive outreach.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
