UI/UX Designer - Hot

The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! Now the CHI team is looking for a UI/UX Designer!

Requirements:

3+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI specialist.
Intermediate English level.
Understanding desktop and mobile material guidelines.
Understanding the principles of atomic design and design systems.
Proficiency with design & prototyping tools such as InVision, Sketch, and Figma).
Desktop and mobile platform portfolio examples.
Ability to turn ideas and business requirements into sketches, prototypes, etc.
Passionate about investigating and researching to perform exceptional UX.

Responsibilities:

Develop user-centric design concepts and solutions based on project requirements and user feedback.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the user experience.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and documentation.
Provide mentorship and support to junior designers when necessary.
