About the role
CHI Software is on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Middle SMM Manager to join our marketing team. You’ll take the lead in managing and growing our key LinkedIn accounts — not only posting, but driving real business results through social media.

This is not a junior gig. We’re looking for someone who knows how LinkedIn works, understands the B2B landscape, and is eager to take ownership of their role. You’ll work closely with our CMO and be the person who brings structure, consistency, and creativity to our social presence.

You’ll be part of a smart and kind marketing team (13 people and counting!), and collaborate with designers, content writers, and videographers, but you are the voice. If you’ve been waiting for a chance to shine on your own terms and be heard, this might be it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead LinkedIn content for multiple accounts (including top management and our corporate page);
  • Write posts yourself for several accounts — from idea to final version — based on business goals, with room for your own creativity;
  • Coordinate visuals (design, video) and manage the publication process;
  • Monitor performance, test new formats, and make sure we’re learning and growing;
  • Give feedback to supporting team members (writers, designers) and keep communication flowing;
  • Report directly to the CMO and co-drive the SMM strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B social media (preferably LinkedIn);
  • Strong writing skills in English (B2+ or higher), with a feel for tone and structure;
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation through social (and how not to be boring online);
  • Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership;
  • Ability to give clear feedback and work across functions;
  • Interest in growing into a leadership role in SMM.

What’s Nice to Have

  • Experience with analytics and tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar;
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads (or eagerness to learn fast) is a strong plus, as we want to test paid formats soon.
  • Background in IT, tech, or AI-related industries;
  • Some lightheartedness and memes-in-your-pocket (occasionally 🙂).
