Senior Technical Recruiter

The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Senior Technical Recruiter

What do we expect from the future colleague:

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in an IT outstaffing company or recruitment agency;
  • Proven experience hiring for complex technical roles, including AI/ML engineers, Data Engineers, and other rare profiles;
  • Hands-on experience with international hiring, including sourcing and closing candidates from the EU, UK, LATAM, and other regions;
  • Experience recruiting international candidates;
  • Confident in using a wide range of sourcing tools, job boards, and modern AI-powered recruitment tools;
  • Experience working with ATS systems;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for experimenting with new sourcing techniques and non-standard recruiting strategies;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Independently drive the end-to-end hiring process for tech and non-tech roles across multiple regions;
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape ideal candidate profiles and recruitment strategy;
  • Source actively via LinkedIn, GitHub, internal databases, and other platforms — applying both proven and experimental methods;
  • Manage pipelines, conduct screenings, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience;
  • Close both Ukrainian and international specialists, navigating relocation, remote specifics, or work permits if needed;
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, sourcing automations) to boost recruitment efficiency;
  • Contribute ideas to enhance our internal processes, outreach strategies, and candidate engagement tactics.

About the Recruitment Team:

  • We are a team of 7 recruitment specialists who are involved in the full cycle of recruiting;
  • We use Zoho and Jira to save candidates’ profiles and share info with departments;
  • Also, we use paid search channels and Premium LinkedIn if needed;
  • We work remotely and use Teams for our daily communication.
