We are looking for a Talent Sourcer.
About the role
At CHI Software, we turn complex business challenges into high-impact digital solutions. With a presence across Europe, Asia, and North America, we partner with clients in fintech, retail, insurtech, and beyond.
As our portfolio grows, so does our team – and we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who knows how to find exceptional tech talent, including those who aren’t actively looking. You’ll be a key part of our recruitment team, owning the top of the funnel and helping us build pipelines for some of the most complex and niche roles in the market.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that go beyond the standard playbook
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Engage passive candidates with thoughtful, personalized outreach – and turn conversations into connections
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current openings and future needs
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve your approach
- Stay ahead of market trends, talent landscapes, and best practices in sourcing
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in an outstaffing company or recruitment agency
- Solid understanding of the IT industry – tech stacks, role specifics, and what makes a strong candidate for niche positions
- Proven ability to source for hard-to-fill roles: SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics, AI Engineers, and similar
- Strong command of sourcing techniques: Boolean search, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, GitHub, and more
- Excellent writing skills – your outreach messages actually get replies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, results-driven mindset – you don’t wait for candidates to come to you
- English – Intermediate level

- Technical background or completion of tech-related courses
