Delivery Director

We are looking for Delivery Director.

We are seeking a Delivery Director to manage and mature our Delivery and PMO ecosystem.

This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role for someone who has navigated the IT Outsourcing landscape and knows what it takes to build transparent, on-time, and on-budget project operations. Working side-by-side with executive leadership, you will bridge technical presales with execution quality while empowering our delivery teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

– Establish, implement and supervise standardized Delivery and PMO practices across the company to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
– Build transparent project health reporting, risk management systems, and delivery control frameworks at the department and company levels.
– Lead technical presales, drive RFP/RFQ proposals, define solution scope, and help close new complex business deals in coordination with Sales and Leadership.
– Coach, train, and mentor Project Managers to elevate overall project management maturity within the organization.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, Head of PMO or Delivery Director.
– Strong expertise in IT Outsourcing / Software Development Services.
– Hands-on experience building stream-lined presale processes, creating technical proposals, and estimating fixed-price projects.
– Proven track record of supervising multiple ongoing projects at a portfolio/PMO level, rather than managing just 2–3 long-term accounts.
– Business acumen with the capability to travel internationally for critical, high-stakes presale meetings and negotiations with clients when needed.
– Hands-on operator capable of setting up effective delivery processes from scratch without introducing heavy corporate bureaucracy.
– Strong background in managing and successfully executing Fixed-Price contracts.
– English C1

– Prior experience acting as a technical bridge between presales, engineering, and C-level executive client stakeholders.
