Delivery Manager

We are looking for Delivery Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to manage enterprise software projects for a client in the UAE.

The role involves periodic business trips to the UAE and coordination with distributed/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery: planning, development, UAT, go-live, stabilization, handover.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate internal teams, offshore teams, vendors, client stakeholders.
Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, contractual commitments.
Manage milestone-gated delivery, acceptance criteria, UAT, cutover and launch activities.
Track progress, capacity, blockers, risks, and changes; escalate issues when required.
Manage client communication, status reporting, priorities, and expectations.
Coordinate change requests and assess their impact on scope, timeline, and budget.
Work with PMs, BAs, Architects, Tech Leads, QA to ensure delivery readiness.
Maintain project documentation and reporting for client governance and audits.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise project/delivery management.
Experience managing complex software delivery programmes under formal client governance.
Strong experience with UAT, cutover, go-live, acceptance-driven delivery.
Experience managing distributed/offshore teams.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, healthcare, contact-centre, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
Strong English skills.
Willingness to travel periodically to the UAE.
