About the client

Our client is one of Ukraine’s leading medical companies, trusted by thousands of patients nationwide. The company is scaling its digital ecosystem, building patient-facing products, internal platforms, and integrations that make healthcare faster, more convenient, and more accessible.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong HealthTech background to drive the delivery of key digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of projects across the full SDLC, from discovery and requirements gathering to release and post-launch support
Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, and budget; track progress and ensure on-time delivery
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams: developers, designers, BAs, and QA engineers. Act as the bridge between business, medical stakeholders, and the tech team, translating clinical and business needs into clear, actionable backlog items
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros) and maintain delivery transparency
Prepare status reports and communicate project health to senior management
Continuously improve delivery processes and PM practices across the organization

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
Mandatory experience delivering projects in the medical domain (HealthTech, MedTech, clinics, labs, pharma, HIS/EHR systems, etc.)
Understanding of healthcare-specific requirements: handling personal and medical data, data security and compliance, working with clinical staff
Solid hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to combine it with
Waterfall/hybrid approaches when needed
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar PM tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
English at Intermediate level or higher (documentation)
