We are looking for an Implementation Specialist.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join a high-priority client project focused on e-invoicing solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives on solving technical and process challenges under real deadline pressure, and who is comfortable acting as a subject-matter expert across cross-functional and partner-led implementation teams.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility project with tight timelines — we’re looking for candidates who enjoy working at speed and stay effective under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and integrate IT systems, with a strong focus on e-invoicing platforms.
Apply working knowledge of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
Deliver end-user and super-user training sessions.
Make configuration and troubleshooting decisions independently.
Act as the technical/functional specialist within cross-functional implementation projects, including partner-led initiatives.
Contribute to project planning, scoping, and timeline management.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in IT integrations and system configuration, ideally within e-invoicing or related fintech/ERP environments.
Solid understanding of AP/AR processes and e-invoicing compliance requirements (EU & APAC).
Track record of delivering training to both end users and super users.
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making configuration/troubleshooting decisions on the fly.
Experience working within cross-functional and/or partner-led project teams.
Ability to contribute meaningfully to project planning and timeline management.
Resilience and adaptability — this role requires working effectively under sustained pressure and tight deadlines.
