We are looking for Middle Manual QA Engineer (AI-agents)

Requirements:

2-3+ years of experience in manual testing, solid technical IT background
Strong understanding of the SDLC&TDLC
Practical knowledge of different testing types and when to apply each
Experience creating test cases and test documentation
Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, or similar)
Experience working in a Scrum team
Understanding of SQL syntax; basic knowledge of HTTP, HTML, XML/JSON
English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken and written)

AI skills:

Practical experience working with AI agents in QA processes: configuring an agent for a specific task (skill books, instructions)
Experience writing effective prompts for AI tools
Experience applying AI for requirements/user story analysis — identifying gaps, ambiguities, missing acceptance criteria
Understanding of how to build an agentic flow: an agent executes a clearly defined task and automatically generates a report/documentation upon completion

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge or experience with automated testing
Experience on AI/ML-related projects
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tools for integrating AI agents with work systems (Jira, TestRail, Confluence)
