Middle Project Manager

The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! Now the CHI team is looking for a Middle Project Manager.

Project: this is the development of a web platform in the insurance domain.

Requirements:
– At least 3+ years of project management experience in software development projects, managing medium-size teams (up to 10 people);
– Knowledge and practical experience of project management in accordance with the PMBOK;
– Experience in practical usage of software development methodologies;
– Practical experience in using project management tools (MS Project, Redmine, JIRA, etc.);
– Ease in managing multiple small to medium projects in a changing environment;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– Great soft skills, flexibility, self-motivation, result-focused, able to work with and stick to tight deadlines;
– Desire to lead development teams, proactivity, participation in office life;
– English level not lower than Intermediate+;
– Experience in business analysis will be a great benefit (business requirements elicitation, tasks description, acceptance criteria composition).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Responsible for project results delivery in accordance with project objectives;
– Creation and maintenance of project documentation: requirements analysis, writing User Stories, creating backlogs, scheduling a project, etc.;
– Owning and monitoring project schedule and budget within the defined scope, resources and timeline;
– Providing leadership and motivation of project team members to meet project objectives;
– Proactively identify and efficiently resolve project-related problems;
– Remain a neutral party between the engineering and business worlds in solving project problems;
– Work within the process model defined by the organization;
– Proactively communicate project statuses, issues, and risks.
