Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with the Head of Delivery, and drive process optimization through data-driven insights and modern AI tools.

Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working closely with a Head of Delivery (or similar senior stakeholder)
Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards
Track record of optimizing business/operational processes
Practical experience using AI tools in daily work
Strong proactive mindset — able to identify issues and act without waiting for instructions
Ability to quickly switch between and ramp up on diverse, cross-functional tasks
English proficiency — C1 level
Must be located in Canada
