We are looking for a SAP Support Specialist – Level 1 (FICO / SD)

About the role
We are looking for SAP Support Specialists to join a first-line support team serving business users of SAP Finance (FICO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) for an international automotive client. You will be the first point of contact for users who need help with their day-to-day work in SAP.

What you’ll do

Handle incoming SAP FICO and SD requests: register tickets, keep them updated and see them through to closure.
Solve routine issues using established support procedures, run first-level diagnostics, process access requests and guide users through the system.
Pass complex cases to the L2 team with all relevant details, monitor their status and keep users informed until the issue is resolved.

What we’re looking for

Practical experience with SAP as an end user, key user or support specialist, with knowledge of at least one module: FICO or SD.
A basic understanding of finance processes or the sales cycle (order, delivery, invoicing).
English: Advanced, written and spoken, for tickets, emails and calls with international users.
Willingness to work shifts that match US time zones, which may mean evening or night hours depending on where you are based.
A customer-focused attitude, clear communication, accurate documentation and the discipline to follow support procedures.

Nice to have

Background in an IT service desk, international user support or a shared service center.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Hands-on exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

Working hours
The team works on US time. During the initial period the schedule is fixed.
