We are looking for Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive the development and scaling of AI solutions across our product portfolio. In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and cybersecurity, building intelligent systems that support analysts, engineers, business stakeholders.

You will own AI initiatives end-to-end, from idea to production and help define engineering standards, best practices, and the future direction of AI within the company.

Your Responsibilities

Lead AI initiatives for cybersecurity products, including NDR (Network Detection & Response) and UEBA (User & Entity Behavior Analytics)
Design and develop LLM-powered solutions (RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks)
Translate complex cybersecurity processes into scalable AI-driven systems
Build and deploy production-ready AI applications with a focus on reliability and performance
Define and implement best practices for:
- model evaluation
- monitoring
- responsible AI deployment
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and security experts
Contribute to building and scaling AI engineering culture and standards

Your Profile

5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI
Strong hands-on experience with:
- NLP and LLMs
- building AI applications in production
Proven experience with:
- RAG systems
- AI agents
- fine-tuning pipelines
Strong Python skills
Experience with frameworks/tools such as:
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- OpenAI APIs (or similar)
Solid understanding of the full ML lifecycle (from prototyping to production and monitoring)
Experience working in agile, product-oriented environments
Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset
