We are looking for Senior Python Engineer.
We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer who is passionate about building scalable systems and solving complex technical challenges in a fully remote environment. Join our team to work on high-load products, modern architectures, and cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
Your Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of Python, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience building scalable distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong experience working with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Solid grasp of software architecture principles, including scalability, reliability, and secure development practices.
- Ability to work independently in Agile environments with a proactive and organized mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and mentor others.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or workflow automation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems and services using Python.
- Build reliable and maintainable solutions capable of handling high-load and concurrent processing.
- Architect and implement microservices, APIs, and data processing pipelines.
- Work closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust and high-quality solutions.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, security, and overall reliability.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while contributing to CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Take full ownership of features and components, from design through to implementation and delivery.
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to engineering excellence and best practices.
