We are looking for Technical Development Lead (Senior Project Manager).
Mission
Rapidly restore delivery discipline across eight Agile squads and establish a predictable, repeatable Scrum operating model. This role is responsible for driving stabilization, delivery improvements, and execution excellence rather than project administration.
Responsibilities
- Coach Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and Agile teams.
- Establish and embed minimum standards for Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive adoption and enforcement of Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Improve sprint predictability and commitment quality.
- Identify and address blockers, risks, and delivery anti-patterns.
- Improve JIRA hygiene, reporting quality, and delivery transparency.
How the Role Operates
- Works across all eight Agile squads.
- Participates in key delivery ceremonies.
- Conducts weekly delivery health assessments.
- Provides targeted coaching and intervention where required.
- Escalates systemic delivery issues to Program Leadership.

- Improved sprint predictability.
- Reduced spillover between sprints.
- Increased effectiveness of Agile ceremonies.
- Improved planning quality and team engagement.
- Higher confidence in delivery commitments and outcomes.
