Business Analyst

Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Business Analyst.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and translating complex business objectives into clear functional requirements

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define project scope, create and maintain project documentation, facilitate workshops, and ensure that delivered solutions align with business goals

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis;
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC and business analysis processes;
  • Confident in the classification and decomposition of requirements;
  • Experience with Agile methodology;
  • Strong skills in tools and techniques: UML diagrams, high-level use cases, Mindmaps, WBS, Gantt charts, Business analysis tools (hands-on experience);
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily BA work (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for requirements drafting, documentation, and analysis;
  • Understanding of how AI/LLM capabilities can be applied to automate or optimize business processes (process mining, workflow automation);
  • Experience in project estimations is a big plus;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs;
  • Break down and document requirements (Use Cases, User Stories, SRS);
  • Create and maintain project documentation: diagrams (UML, Gantt), mindmaps, WBS;
  • Translate business ideas into clear technical specifications;
  • Support Agile teams throughout the development cycle;
  • Assist in project estimations and planning.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with AI-assisted documentation tools or prompt engineering for generating user stories, acceptance criteria, or process diagrams;
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SDLC tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) as used by development teams you collaborate with;
  • Exposure to RAG-based or agentic systems, even at a conceptual level, to communicate confidently with technical teams.
