AI Architect (Agentic AI)

We are looking for a strong AI Architect / Technical Lead with a solid engineering background and hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with experience leading AI programs from the architecture and technical delivery perspective.

What you’ll do

• Define the technical architecture and strategy for large-scale AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Design and build AI agents, multi-agent systems, LLM-powered applications and orchestration workflows.
• Lead agentic AI programs from a technical perspective — from discovery and architecture to implementation and production.
• Make key decisions around LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation and AI infrastructure.
• Work closely with engineering, product and business teams to translate business and telecom use cases into scalable AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple AI initiatives and help establish architecture and engineering best practices.
• Stay hands-on with PoCs and critical technical components when needed.
• Support technical discussions with stakeholders and help shape the long-term AI roadmap.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Strong experience as an Architect, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead or similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience leading agentic AI programs from a technical perspective, not only designing individual solutions.
• Strong understanding of:
  • LLMs and Generative AI
  • Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures
  • RAG and tool/function calling
  • AI orchestration and agent frameworks
  • AI system evaluation and observability
  • Cloud and scalable distributed architectures
• Strong software engineering background, preferably with Python.
• Experience designing production-grade, scalable and secure AI systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Telecommunications domain experience is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecom-specific AI use cases such as network operations, customer experience, service automation or intelligent support.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience establishing AI architecture standards, technical roadmaps and governance.
