Last week was no exception: we actively participated in a workshop dedicated to Bedrock AgentCore, organized by our partners at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Amazon Bedrock AgentCore is an official AWS platform designed for building and deploying AI agents in production environments. Its key advantages over other platforms include native integration with the AWS ecosystem, uncompromising security, autonomous financial transactions (the agent economy), and flexibility in model selection.

Inside the Bedrock AgentCore Workshop

We initiated this workshop to elevate our engineers’ expertise in Agentic AI. To achieve this, we evaluated the benefits of various frameworks for building AI agents and ultimately chose Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

As an official Amazon partner, it was crucial for us to gain valuable insights directly from trusted and experienced specialists. AWS helped us achieve exactly that.

The session speakers was Dobrinescu Radu, Sr. Partner Solutions Architect at AWS, and Tarlan Huseynov, Senior DevOps/Solution Architect at CHI Software. They prepared a nearly three-hour intensive course, “Getting Started with Bedrock AgentCore,” during which our team not only gained theoretical knowledge but also put it into practice.

AWS provided each participant with a temporary account, allowing everyone to deploy their own AI agent by following the speaker’s step-by-step guidance.

During the workshop, CHI Software engineers mastered how to:

• Launch agents in isolated environments;
• Securely integrate external tools and APIs within the system;
• Manage agents’ long-term and short-term memory across sessions;
• Handle AWS authentication;
• Monitor and debug agents using CloudWatch.

By the end of the session, every participant had designed a production-ready AI agent, answering the ultimate question: “How do you transform AI experiments into production-ready solutions using Bedrock AgentCore?”
